In order to improve the already high production quality, we have adopted a series of measures aimed at enhancing the flavor and biological compatibility.
Compared to the cultivation standard, PONSO fruit is harvested when it reaches a higher degree of ripeness; in this way the sugar content is higher, with a consequent increase in flavor and organoleptic qualities.

Good and super healthy, these small berries have excellent nutritional properties and can be eaten alone, mixed with other fruit, together with yogurt or used to make smoothies and juices.

The most sought after quality in our peach is the flavor. Our productions enhance this feature because they are grown on ideal alluvial soils, immediately close to the pre-Alpine belt. They extend over the southwestern highlands of Piedmont. PONSO peaches are present, with yellow pulp and white pulp varieties, on the market from the beginning of July to the end of September.

In recent years, nectarine, both for its inviting appearance and for its marked taste characteristics, has met with growing success among consumers. The coloring, usually already intense in the nectarines, thanks to the company location, achieves maximum liveliness.
We have a collection calendar that extends from the end of July to the middle of September. During the whole period, it is possible to offer the consumer a range of products that are always fresh and at the best of the organoleptic qualities, both in the yellow and white pulp varieties.

The PONSO apple production area: a foothill environment, indispensable for obtaining the best quality results in terms of flavor, aroma and color. Rich in minerals, vegetable fibers and vitamins (and therefore nutritious), low in calories and therefore dietetic, easily digestible and assimilable, able to regulate the intestinal bacterial flora, the apple is one of the most complete and healthy food. The variety produced and marketed by the PONSO company from August to November is GALA. A niche production with high organoleptic qualities.

The main variety of our plums is Angeleno, black plum, flanked by the Black Splendor variety, red flesh plum. An natural antioxidant found in large quantities, anthocyanin, gives the fruits their rich, vibrant red, purple and blue coloring.

Kiwis are very rich in vitamin C (more than strawberries and citrus fruits).
This vitamin is an important bioregulator of fundamental functions of our body, a barrier against infectious and viral diseases.
The high energy value and the good fiber and sugar content make this fruit a healthy starter, a valid energy supplement and an excellent intestinal regulator.
In addition to the production of our companies, we market kiwis from other regions such as Veneto, Lazio and Calabria.
It is present on the market from October until April.

The lemon fruit, intense yellow in color and with an extraordinary aroma, is distinguished from other lemons.
It has an elongated shape, medium in size and an average weight of 100-160 grams. With high juice yield, it is almost seedless and has an excellent aroma.
The product is supplied by a cooperative of lemon producers from Rocca Imperiale (Calabria).
The taste is particularly pleasant. The peel is edible.
